Returns and Refunds:
At Reem Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your gown, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. Please note that returned gowns must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. We do not offer refunds for custom-made or altered gowns.
